1 William Street is a skyscraper in Brisbane and is the tallest building in the CBD, standing at over 259 metres. The modern office building is located in the Brisbane central business district close to Parliament House. The Queensland Government will be a major tenant of the building as part of the government’s plan for a renewed Government Administrative Precinct and to meet its accommodation demands.
Construction cost of 1 William Street is expected to be $538 million, with a total development cost of over $650 million and it is due for completion in late 2017.
